Short Message Service implementation.

System that allows to use SMS messages to send notifications, reminders or any text-based content delivered directly to customer's mobile device. Two-ways communication is especially useful with voting or online contests.
Examples: user receives fully customized SMS messages (like shopping list) or responds to a contest questions by SMS.
